Great read! I can absolutely confirm that the immersion method works as someone who learned English as a kid by having no choice but to be exposed to it everywhere as the things I liked were only available in English. I think it's natural for a non-native's reading/listening skills to be better than their speaking/writing skills. After all, you don't get as many opportunities to speak a foreign language out loud.

thanks. Regarding Artix it's pretty stable, I think the last problems I was had were hardware problems unrelated to Artix

Liking the redesign! I'm glad you've started sharing your art, too; your style is very sweet. Your article on lust is great, also. I read through your reviews and noticed we've enjoyed a lot of the same media, and I wonder if you've ever read any of Sugaru Miaki's works. You might enjoy them. 'Parasite in Love' is my favourite by him.

Thank you!! I'm glad you like my art :) I've heard of Sugaru Miaki before from some manga review, but didn't look into his bibliography. I'll be sure to check out 'Parasite in Love', thanks for the recommendation :D

@yattsuke thank you for following! The advice in your article was really helpful, God bless
i love how similar traditional romanian tapestry and pixel art are i was at a souvenir shop and they had the cuttest little drawing of a girl on a pillow here's my recreation of it: https://vihmu.neocities.org/temp/romaniachan.png ♡⸜(˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝
i could not perfectly replicate her silly goober smile sadly
Cute art as always! I see that you've switched to the vis text editor recently. I played around with it a few years ago. It's pretty interesting.
@rainight yeah, i've been using it for almost 3 months now :) i really like it but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. for me, it works just fine since i mostly code the "tsoding way" using grep, diff + vis and whatnot
