Welp, I managed to get the banners figured out, but now my other question is animated 3D fonts... I tried finding stuff that felt like those authentic 90s gifs on GifCities, but I haven't had much luck yet. Do you folks know of any fun ones?
i was talking about this with some people on a discord server! i think if you had gifs for each letter, you could make a javascript that places down gifs with some spacing given a string. maybe worth a try
Okay, I did find a way! This text animator lets you use many fonts, and has a handful of parameters to pick from- https://www.textstudio.com/text-animator You can then edit it on Ezgif to get the cropping right

@error-666 Hmm, that does sound interesting! Though part of me feels it would prolly be easier to just animate em in Blender :p
I'm currently testing that actually... I tried making a basic choppy spin, and I think it's doable!
for just old style https://cooltext.com/ https://www.flamingtext.com/ and for 3d effects https://3dtext2gif.com/ https://www.3dgifmaker.com/

@pxhc Oh, lemme go check some of these... I do know cooltext and flamingtext, they're great x] 3dgifmaker is my beloved
When I use 3D fonts, I mainly go on dafonts site for 3D style fonts to use in photoshop but I don't know how to animate them.
@pretty-posters That's a very interesting strategy, I think! I'll be using those sites for now, but I'll be sure to keep that idea in mind too ^^
