so i was really hoping today would be an easy and quiet shift.. but no it's TOTAL CHAOS 💀 people are fighting, there was a SERIOUS code brown, someone fainted in the hallway and all the other tried to help..... please send help 😭

we had to send a familymember away because she started a fight with one of my coworkers, and then one of the familymembers' friends showed up to confront us and we nearly had to call the police. we've been hexed, there's no other explenation 💀💀💀

update: i survived, i'm home now! serious question: if your dad was living at a caring home, would you (as his daughter) start a physical fight with one of the caregivers, during dinnertime, in the middle of the big diningroom where all the residents are?! just because you don't like that caregiver, not because we're treating her father bad (we aren't). thats wild 💀💀💀
