one of my "friend"s is a hypocrite, and when I ask her to stop doing stuff, she questions why, but when she asks her to stop, and i ask her why, she gets upset???

If you have peaceably pointed it out multiple times and they still choose to hold you to a double standard, then perhaps it is time to reconsider that friendship? Playful teasing is different from being a bully.
