I finally resorted into just drawing ImageData on the screen as ChatGPT highly suggested, and it improved my speed! The blinking rectangle now blinks faster than ever before.

I guess if it's about Family Guy, then maybe just add more Family Guy pictures on your site? I dunno, I'm not that much of a 90s designer XD
Like, something like a more Family Guy-focused page background.
Also I've seen some 90s sites, just make their page a beeg table. Like a header image that spans the table's width, and another column for a navbar, and the body. Maybe even a footer?
