Sorry for the late update! The site is safe. It was flagged in error by Netcraft. Microsoft is one of their partners and they still haven't resolved this problem, despite Netcraft updating them on the error. A few ISPs use Microsoft Defender as a firewall and won't let you access the site. You can use a VPN to access the site. I'm trying to resolve this with Microsoft but they are taking their time :\

Don't try to sign up. My Kapersky blocked the redirect because it can cause "potential data leaks".

I'm not 100% sure yet if this is some sort of ARG, but you have certainly have something here. Gonna follow for a while before even touching the input fields on the site to see where this goes.
