I'm pretty sure they do!! I've heard that most do not talk, but have the ability to write, use a TTS or use sounds such as grunting and body language!!

oh hey I had that same problem. funny thing is, my most vivid memory of it is when in grammar class on 1st grade I got a bad note for not pronouncing it right cuz we were having classes about the letter R.

i had trouble with my r's too! My parents told me about how i would try to say "sprinkles" but instead i would say "spinkles" Just wonderful :')
