im irrationally averse to using JS for non-functional things like looks. like, i avoid invidual-page js like the plague so i never used js on my homepage, but isnt homepage the most appropriate place to use js??

Okay, extra links time... my Discord server, for the nth time lol. I'm decently active in it nowadays! PG-15, within the range of older teens and young adults (18-20+). Swearing and mature themes aren't allowed, since it's just meant to be a cozy place for everyone :] Link expires after 50 uses, so it won't expire over time.

@tabf5 That's fair... I don't like joining too many servers either, I mostly use it for tech support or being around my friends from the US. It's a very chill place

By leaving, I eventually came to the realization to not being online here anymore, since, like it or not, Neocities is part of my history. I don't want to be like those people that just delete their sites and not even the Wayback Machine can recover. Maybe what I needed was to go after other communities, and it's already doing me a great change

I've been also browsing out and about for cool sites. I always wanted to make button collections separated by categories, since people have so many different genres and vibes I wanted to get a bit of everything. It's being lots of work, but hopefully it'll pay off :]

@tabf5 Oh gosh, I'm glad I turned my profile back up on time then... I'd deactivated it to wrap it all up, but knowing how you folks are from different timezones, that's hit or miss. And yeah, I'm working on being on a less stressful webspace - I may rework a blog post I was writing to talk about it.

@plastigon Yee, I figured it would be the best alternative to it. I just realized that it was always a bit sad to go digging after artists once they leave, so I figured I wanted to do the opposite. Thank you so much for all the wishes, and best of luck with your funky site as well <3
