Upon turning around it seems like the eyes are more focused on the door rather than the viewer. Perhaps I'm overthinking it, but it adds an interesting layer to the piece ... thank you for your art

I care about people, though I cast out any destructive spirits that motivate them. I seldom agree with your conclusions, but I like how well thought out they are. Too many others like going online just to foam at the mouth and post over-simplified rage bait memes about it. It's refreshing to see someone capable of critical thinking, so keep writing.

your interpretation is as valid as mine, i took the same approach of just receiving signals from my brain. my take is that we go alone on a dangerous and risky path just for some symbolic achievement, after which only death (optionally rebirth) proceeds.
