Does anyone know what causes an "updated" screenshot to be posted to the feed? Sometimes when I make an update it happens, other times it doesn't.

It only posts if you haven't updated within the last 24 hours :-)

adding on to what hekate said: it also makes the last page you edit the largest thumbnail.
