No, Roxelle left bc of nothing but her own actions and you cannot fix anyone. You couldn’t have changed her even if you were a bit “nicer”, and sometimes using a harsher tone is necessary, and esp necessary here because of her severely odd behavior. You did nothing wrong, do not worry at all
