When going through my 1 year old notes with jokes and characters, it's obvious I tried to replicate my last (the one on this page) game. Better to come up with something new and different. Probably needed a long break for that to actually happen naturally.

Girls Frontline 2 has been out for a while but I don't know much about it. The first game is considered dead but as far as gatcha is concerned, it's one of the more forgiving.

When you're a high achiever and wants to achieve even more, the missing piece isn't more effort, it's more rest. It will give you the health to continue with something long-term, and create space for reflection and creativity so you can change your methods when you're stuck.

I try to focus on health instead of results. Mostly because it's a better thing to care about, but... *speaks in a lower tone* also because it allows me to reach better results (Don't tell anyone!)

Wondering if I should switch around my future update schedule so readers will get a little treat once this current sequence is over--I feel like I'm starting to try my audience's patience. Listen--I understand this is probably not the most compelling series of pages if you're not familiar with irl Cincinnati's local flavor, but it's meaningful *to me*. Or maybe I shouldn't apologize--I mean, *I* like what I post. :/

The game project is starting to get big. I've created lots of stuff and now all the parts need to connect to each other, which requires different parts of my brain to work at the same time. This is probably where I start to make weird mindmaps of the project to outsource stuff from my brain, or sign up for a project management app (or a project management "suite", that sounds much more serious).
