yeah, like the sleep (em is a font's native size, relative to the parent element; rem is a font's native size, relative to the document)

To simplify (and generalize) a bit, rems and ems are relative units; they're good when you want a measurement to be flexible based on a font size.

Moved the site options to a button menu and other minor tweaks. I think it should work fine. Give a holler if anything is broken.
