It's pretty ez. Replace your absolute URLs, replace external references from http:// to //, and remove/serve them yourself if they don't support https, etc. You can test it with mah extension: https://joppiesaus.neocities.org/neocities-https/
Basically just remove your bad practices. Your site seems to be ready!
