Okay I think I'm going to give myself the green light to create some kind of group for Neopets fans, but I'm unsure if it should be a weblisting or webring ...

a listing would be perfect for this. there might already be a fanlisting but you could do one for website owners specifically (since FLs allow anyone to join!).

@xandra yes, I was thinking that it could be for website owners specifically so we can all stay connected with one another! ;u; I haven't found a general fanlisting for Neopets at all, so I think this could be a fun project for the new year <3

@rufflebumrambles I know you'll do a great job because it's so cute already!! ;u; I started learning in last July (aside from futzing around on Neopets and Tumblr LOL) and once you know the basic principles you can create a lot of different things!! ♡♡
