css is easy kinda??? for now at least lol but like can someone tell me how to move the homepage into its own file so I can use css on it or do I not have to do that?

neocities doesn't let you move or rename the index.html, as that appears when you go to just "https://chipsfunfun.neocities.org". if you did move or rename that file, there would be nothing there!

you can use the style tag to add css: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/style
