block whoever you want chippy and, nicely, maybe be wary of adults who discourage blocking and esp blocking of predators

i usually use oragel when i have a really bad one its like a numbing paste you put on the area but its not a common house hold medicine haha

ya i also recommend oragel, also try to make a conscious effort to not touch your mouth with unclean things, i used to have canker sores and that was why ^^

i dont get medicine so incase you dont either i think rinsing the mouth with salt water (try not to drink it) helps a bit making it go away quicker
