UNPOPULAR OPINION (PLEASE DONT KILL ME PAGES) I loved earwig and the witch. I loved it. Sure, I like Kiki’s delivery service and howls moving castle better, but I loved it as well!
visual wise i liked it a lot, theres a lot of plotholes and a hasty ending because the author of the book literally died so thats all ghibli could have worked with 😭😭
Honestly, I have not seen it. It is a TV Film and not a theatrical one (though it did later see a theatrical release), so I do not expect a Princess Mononoke or My Neighbor Totoro from this film.
