i think it's very good, actually one of my favorites, but i dont think a 13yr should watch it cause it can be disturbing for some, but you can look up what is about and decide to watch it or not
Lain is very intense, it starts slow, but becomes insane closer to the end. It is a series I have only seen clips of and I would only recommend it if you are used to watching mature anime.
