Really awesome to see that this is still being updated. Iktf in relation to your post the other day about how wonky time seems to have been through the pandemic. Everything's kinda just turned into a blur lately. I added you to my directory ages ago and I've been meaning to drop by since then to say hi and let you know I really enjoy your site. I know the feeling man! I tend to kinda just update as I find stuff in short bursts as opposed to making daily updates. Sometimes I add 2 links per update, sometimes I add 100 links per update. It varies (like a lot!) Thanks a lot for checking Peelopaalu out! Glad you like my super unorganised formatting, and cheers for listing me on Districts! Neonaut, you bring up a really interesting thought. I find myself wishing I could have total control over a web space of my creation, but I often times wonder how I'd be able to give the tech giants my data in that scenario. Looks like Facebook has solved that problem for me!

hey! i haven't actually talked on here before..... i've only done background stuff until now haha..... if there's anyone out there who feels like their site fits at least one of these catagories, reply and i'll have a better chance of seeing you! i'm hoping to push out an update soon but i haven't actively browsed this site in a while, so i'm sure there's a ton ive missed!

same applies to if you can think of anyone who you think deserves to be on here!! the rough requirements i tend to use is 2 pages (or 1 big page) of content which is about....something.. that fits into one of our districts. but really, as long as your site isn't just an about page and a few gif collections you're probably good

@ bluef00t i don't think any of these are on here, thank you!! i'm kind of embarrassed to only just learn that bogleech is hosted on neocities, considering that i love the site a lot. all of these are on the "to add" list!!

@tangotrail i don't tend to add sites to arles without a gallery or something similar, but the amount of art you've done for the layout i think i can get you on there. i definitely recommend getting a gallery or your comics/ocs up, your art has such a wonderfully essentric vibe and i'd love to see more :D

@liyashi arles/arcadia definitely, considering the rpg maker games! YESS though neopets petpages were the shit... they're what got me into coding!! i never actually considered them like the neopets directories but i can totally see what you mean and i love that...

@liyashi definitely arles! purgatory is for sites that have content but i quite frankly have no idea what it means, doesn't fit any other categories, or for sites that seem to be active here but don't really fit the criteria for anywhere else... i should add that to the about, thinking on it

i mean, our last update was april.... the site is being actively worked on, i'm mostly smoothing out the descriptions right now, just at my own pace.

That reasonable. Working with very team who doing this as an hobby do tend to be an chore to do. Running site that make a list of every neocities site as possible while having to deal with other stuff is hard to do. Anyway I hope you stay safe.
