beautiful page and gutwrenchingly evocative writing, i'm so glad i found this!! it's also very interesting to hear about your experience as a lawyer. also feels very refreshing to encounter someone so concerned about the environment; i had never heard the word "ecocide" before but i'm glad i know it now

Just a new web banner is all; it's visually emulating the RCA's banner (I've since learned they're a Trotskyist organization but don't know enough about Trotsky to weigh in) but I think I need to make it a lot wider and by proxy reduce the amount of height it consumes

maybe I should order a physical copy so I can focus better while reading as—while Marxists Internet Archive is a godsend—its not great for maintaining focus like a physical book can, and audiobooks have the issue of being unable to easily backtrack to find a reference

not sure where I'd even order it from though. if I were to do so I'd want to do it through a Communist press and the only one I know of is Iskra, whom I don't know if they produce copies of Capital (especially what with the sheer volume making it expensive to produce)

one must question the very nature of good and evil. the existence of evil people justifies the existence of the greatest evil cosplaying as good (govt). to be purely good is to not resist evil, but does that allow evil to flourish? one must sink into the abyss to truly combat evil...

Paradoxically lucifer as the bringer of light highlights this, many myths include serpent/satanic figures giving fire or technology to human beings, purifying the mystery of the world. It feels to me that there is a holiness within the darkness, something boundless inside of the shadows, a reflection of the sacred balance perhaps.
