It is! It helps relieves back/shoulder pain, relieves acid, and even aids in digestion. But it also works your stomach muscles and I was doing it a loooot and really hard 😮‍💨 i think this has happened to me once before too. I never learn.

I learned about it from Bas Rutten lol. It does ease my neverending shoulder pain a fair amount. But on the other hand i wish i had shoulder pain instead of this, I'm such an idiot😒

For photo 3 of these 6 daily photos, we have Lewis sitting in a quiet courtyard with wooden floors, concrete fountain things, street lamps with warm incandescent light, and giant trees shading everything from the sun. After having tried medication for anxiety which reduces emotions in general (both negative and positive), I have only one thing to say: Before I thought hell on Earth was to suffer, but now I know that real hell on Earth is to be satisfied, without strong emotions, without challenges and life’s ups and downs, without harsh opinions and sudden ideas. I actually cried with laughter when I read the entry for Ask in the story bible. Just having it written down so plainly that Ask is an emotional self-insert and Chimpout mirrors whatever bad mood I'm in really got me, I was sobbing.

It's finally done. I'm pretty sure I got marked for getting featured on Neocities' homepage rotation but I havent seen it actually happen yet, though I'm squarely on page 1 of Special Sauce.
