I am not your therapist but I have never met a body that wasn't gross. even beautiful life is organic matter with all the disgusting side effects that entails

I think if you stripped a 4x game to its barest elements, sort of like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wardrumstudios.auralux2, it could be in scope for a second or third game. The first game you make should be something *really* simple, like pong. I actually taught a class in game development, so I'd be glad to help you starting out if you want to.
