(not saying this to call anyone out but to educate.) the point of a splash page (the index page with an enter banner) is to give visitors info on what they need to access the site and warn for content. (like if a user needs flash, or you have autoplay music or flashing images to warn for.) it's not just for decoration

avoid any 'evidence' of you yourself preforming illicit activities and say 'don't break the law' about 5 times and you're usually pretty golden

update: i figured it out. you can give titles to iframes (different from names) and it seemed to be acting weird with style my tooltips
having a splash page without any of this info is just... kind of pointless and hinders accessing content :,)
it ESPECIALLY defeats the point to have flashing images and autoplay music on the splash page itself
