How often does one need to write a review to maintain their membership status as an occasional reviewer? Asking for a friend...

This is a weighty matter which will require discussion in the next meeting of Regular Reviewers. Of course, we may opt for new categories yet to be determined, and reduced reviewer payments may apply in case of demotion. Thank you for your enquire. We shall get back to you on this matter in a timely fashion.

Hi Mike, disregard that first post. Some new guy we got who’s a little officious got to it before me. Used to be in the army, so we had him pinned to the wall by his privates. Send us a review whenever. And get Earrat going again! Cheers, Mark

The first response has offended me to such a degree that I don't know if I could ever read a book again, let alone review one. I will take several weeks of paid vacation (entitled as per bylaw 32b subsection 12) to think about this further.

Naturally you are entitled to take time off Mr Nonsense but your agreement is under An Australian enterprise bargaining agreement which negates bylaw 32b subsection 12. Our lawyers will be in contact to pay the peanuts you are owed. Thank you for your interest in this matter.

Mike! Buddy! That jingoistic jackass has done it again! We've now locked him in the cupboard. Rest assured, you are a very valued contributor to this website. It's true because it says so on our About page. Stay an Occasional (and much valued) Reviewer as long as you like! And bring back EarRat. Cheers, Mark

Talking to my union rep about this series of interactions now. Also, my mom, for unrelated reasons. No promises about Ear Rat, they are slippery little bastards, very tough to wrangle.
