just went thru ur updated booklists... 2026 list looks good!! (also I also hated italo calvino's invisible cities and cannot understand the romance everyone else seems to find in that book ...)

there's like one interesting city in Invisible Cities and that's it... the only good thing about it is that it's put Marco Polo's Travel's on my reading list.
