In the sitemap they have it split up into categories, but I think the "neocities" and "html & css" categories are the most helpful. I'm a bit too intimidated to look at the javascript stuff yet...

hey its ok!!! css takes time to get better at... ive been studying it for a year and my css has improved but i am *still* learnin it. i reccomend checking out w3schools for css tutorials as those helped me out immensely
