to be fair, part of the issue is my current disconnection from my other online presence significantly throttling my philosophy's reach, though ironically some people in my irl union are aware of it - though i do feel communal input is important

Upon further reflection, I feel called to add that...Loneliness is a natural reaction to alienation. Despite that, it is important to guard our hearts, minds, and bodies from the things that will probably only increase feelings of emptiness and meaninglessness. I am proud of you for drinking less and staying consistent with the French. 🫂
