the epub i generated for my book thus far is openable in 2 of the programs i have but not the 3rd which was my reader of choice. very peculiar and frustrating.
on that note, whats yalls epub reader of choice? mines old calibre on pc and eboox on mobile. cant do without custom fonts

imposter syndrome is no joke! i recently ripped down and redid my whole website because of feelings like this. sit with them for a minute, but if you still feel like you need a change, i say go for it :)

i think the only way to get over the fear of being seen is to just let yourself be seen. with 8 billion people on this planet, it is virtually a guarantee that there are people out there who think like you, would mesh with you, and who would love to see what you're working on. the best way to find them is to share it.

Dunno if I got advice as the main reason I got looser online is cuz of my brain getting more and more fried from being in the closet so long. Will second that the lack of negative consequences from all the first times I pushed myself out reinforced the new behavior a lottt

i have adobe digital editions which i mainly use to put epubs on my kobo.. it's not that bad i guess, can't really do much in terms of customization tho
A playstore app that's simply called "Epub Reader" and does what it says on the label, and has been my best app ever since becuase it also reads pdfs AND keeps them where I left them. Excelent choice for reading downloaded books about topics I council other students about

Before getting my kindle, i used to read books on my phone via de ReadEra app. The free version has a lot of features already, it was pretty convenient! On PC i also use calibre too
calibre is a solid way to generate epubs, but there's programs out there, e.g. affinity (canva) and lacuna, which can make your file look and read the way you want, afaik. i haven't tried the latter two yet, but my writer 'cords have brought them up.
