I've found that other Neocitizens have added HTML5 games to their webpages. It would be TOTALLY RAD if I could somehow learn how to add some old Windows 3.1 games to my site for others to play, since it would be nice for SEFY to have some playable games or similar interactivity.

I so dig the Windows XP aesthetics, although a mixture of Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 is more of my visual personality for my site. I guess that my aesthetics have influenced other Neocitizens to have similar themes for their sites!

I was just counting the sites that I follow, and I reached a count of 1,001. I think that might be the follow count limit.

u could use jquery to count the number of li tags in the page - 12 (i think - 12)

I think my account reached it's limit for how many Neocitiens I'm allowed to follow, because the follow button doesn't work anymore on my end. I'm just so excited to use Neocities, that I end up following lots of accounts I see, since their visual presentations keep me excited for being here.

Could it also be kind of a block based on following too many people at once? With that, you might get the follow button back later. I really don't know, though.

Whatever it is, maybe it's some anti-spam security measure, and sometimes these restrictions result in genuine humans being misconstrued as a bot nobody wants around. The last thing I want is to get misconstrued as the bots that people complain about, because people judging accounts just because of "discernible" behavior is also a problem too. I really hate having to owe an explanation on heavy issues.

I was just counting the number of accounts I'm following, and I counted about 1,001 accounts! I never thought I'd reach that many, and yet, I didn't know that the limit would reach there. Maybe Neocities never thought any account would rack up that many following accounts organically. And besides, I have spirit with following accounts here!

Win 98 SE was my first operating system and it's always been my absolute favorite! It's a big comfort to me (to the point where my phone and all of my computers have the theme!) It's also just super fun to work with in html/css ♡ ty for the comment!!!

My lady friend Suzanne, who is one of the dollz on my site is into the old computers, since she is touted "mother of the MP3", and I also know that Windows 95 computers are some of the oldest computers to support the MP3 file format.

I'm gonna be busy uploading Imgur images to Neocities, since I hear that Imgur is gonna delete lots of images which aren't associated with accounts. I find that disturbing since Imgur was designed to be convenient without requirement of having an account on there.

One day, we need to get Neocities to increase it's file volume limit for regular accounts. I'm making this statement because we need to find ways to adjust to Imgur's announcement to delete files. Whos with me on the idea of having Neocities increase the limit for disk space per account?

personally, because of this reason, i prefer hosting images and audio outside of neocities. for some reason, hosting on neocities causes things to load slower too, so i use postimg.cc or catbox.moe
