How do some people create navbars with buttons that change only one certain main (non-iframe) div? I can't properly explain it but I've seen some sites like that.

Javascript. I have a site that uses switch-case to replace the html in a document, and some people write the navigation with a script to appear on all pages.
I'm having a hard time creating a blue exec shrine HELP. I've decided on so many theme ideas (catalog or business card), but one's too complicated and requires drawing a lot of assets vs too minimalist and makes the shrine look like a carrd. Mind you this is a businessman character I'm simping for

never heard of it but im using smartgb at the moment
I haven't used any other ones but i've been pretty happy with atabook so far
i switched to atabook when 123guestbook died and i'm really liking it so far. the devs are really nice as well
