I might be mistaken , but i believe it is due to the frutigeraero webring script failing to get , well the script , and maybe , again im no expert , the thingamajig getting the .css for the rest of the website runs after that , so it gets backed up , i say that cause like if you stay on the page for a bit ,look at the network tab in the inspect element thing,when the thing stops trying to get the script the css loads

yeah , it is that frutigeraero,js , if you block the link in the network tab of the inspect element thing , the page loads just fine in less than a second. https://frutigeraeroarchive.org/javascript/aero-webring.js , thats your culprit

OH MY GOD SORRY ABOUT THE LATE REPLY, idk how i completely missed this.
