Protip for the people in the back, learn the basics of PHP syntax if you'd like, but save yourself the headaches and move to learning Laravel after that. It makes PHP SO MUCH easier to use, and you don't need to type 5 pages of code... :)

Never lose sight of what your website means to you. It's something you use to express yourself, without the need to be "perfect" or "clean". I think I've been so caught up in learning about SSGs that I realized I haven't been working on making a good ol HTML and CSS and JavaScript page (⁠・⁠–⁠・⁠;⁠)⁠ゞ So basically, may take a break from that and go back to remembering the comfort of simple html and css.
