The prevention page has a lot of tips that have helped me as well. I notice suicide ideation thoughts as a signal that I'm not doing well and that I should focus on better habits (make it more about behaviour rather than feeding the negative thought spiral). I have gotten a lot better at dealing with different kinds of negative thoughts and sometimes the strategy is different depending on what it is.

And coming out as trans helped a lot but I still sometimes have the same idle thoughts of death (almost like in the Barbie movie - irrepressable thoughts of death), it's a part of depressive symptoms for me so I try to work with it (I know it's just how my brain works, for whatever reason). Coming out as trans and living as my preferred gender identity helped a lot as well.

19,313 few more hundred views and i have 20,000 views yay... i will try to get to some more work on crystalball or pick a rune this coming week... hope to finish one at least we see code has been a pain lately and i get frustrated and in pain from head neck bone crud but have the nerve block so yay maybe i can be more productive we see thank you for the views keep them coming!!!!

frustrating i been at this all night long i get the back image i the front page that links to this one but the blood random words that is supposed to go in the middle of the ball just refuses to go in the damn center i have randomly put numbers that should work but dont i give up for now and get some sleep and come back another day but i will put below this image the random words that will be in it that i have
