I appreciate the addition of The End of Policing; it's something I need to look into myself. I can design government blueprints (very, very slowly. I don't want to rush that kind of thing and check stuff with my comrades) but how to deal with crime and punishment evades me. For instance, in a moneyless society, there can be neither fines nor bail, and if you work according to abilities, you cannot force labour.

Every time I see mentions of Guerilla Guardening I always remember a curiosity about what the police would even do if an illegal plant (e.g. marijuana) were crossbred with a state plant tha couldn't be removed (e.g. Texas bluebonnet).

@heoism Generally state plants' protected status is more symbolic than anything. It's one of those "we only enforce this law if its convenient for us" type things (and their protection is wholly reliant on the wishes of the property owners, who are free to destroy or move plants). Also given that Marijuana and Lupinus are seperate genuses in seperate families it would be exceedingly hard to crossbreed them

@heoism its interesting you bring up guerrilla grown marijuana, because in the midwest it's got a long history of illicit cultivation around railroads and urban areas along with native hemp species, which cops will usually destroy without even checking which is which LOL

hello... i've been a bit busy ;v; i'm doing a webdev course at uni which is taking up most of my time (i have a site due.. tomorrow), BUT it is teaching me a few more tricks for a functional website. so i guess my next step is to sort out the mess that is my several CSS files because i get it now i understand classes and ids ILL DO IT PROPERLY

I deleted the app and almost never use it these days. My accounts are still there but I might lock them. One of the best decisions I've made. Will definitely follow you on Bluesky!
