Hello all!! First off, I just checked my profile to see that I have 50,000 views on my site!! Thank you all for visiting my little corner of the web that many times. Secondly, I'd like to say that I am indeed working on new content for my site...very slowly. I'm currently going through a bit of a rough time IRL this past month, so I've been having to prioritize that more. I'll have new site content up eventually.

this is the part where you need to either insist that they take you to emergency or you call the ambulance yourself. this is NOT GOOD. please do whatever you can to stay healthy!

if money is the problem, there are ways to deal with hospitals so you pay as little as possible (and in a lot of cases, you can get your bill completely cleared with no payments). ambulances are not like that afaik, you have to pay for an ambulance.

These are my parents we are talking about here, the same people that would guilt trip me and my siblings into not going in every time we had a medical emergency that could not be covered up. I have to keep living with them until I can get an apartment with my (out of state) boyfriend which is still years out from happening. Calling an ambulance will cause them to hold that over my head until I die.

i hate to say it, but you have to think of yourself first. they already think you do that anyway, so the only one you're hurting by complying with them is yourself. I'll be the first one to donate to your "had to call an ambulance" gfm if you set one up. just please get help. please.

my mom is in the room and keeps trying to force what she thinks it is into the conversation while the doctor is here and keeps guilt tripping when she is not. I swear I'm going no contact when it is safe for me to do so.

the thing that helped me the most with my similar existential dilemma was the realisation that we're not as alone as the fascist propaganda machine makes us believe. lawyers and advocacy groups are constantly working behind the scenes to hamper dumpy trumple's efforts to stamp out x thing and y kind of person...

advocacy groups can also include some politicians at the state level. montana failed to pass an anti-trans law after some staunch trumpers changed their minds because of real transgender people making a speech.

as for vigilance and safety, it's always good to have an escape plan whoever you are, but the gun manufacturers are corporate feudal entities too, who prey on fear. also, the shooting range in a red state is NO PLACE for a transgender person!
