definitely a massive shitshow near the end though, i honestly only knew of goatlings-vent as the site shutdown was nearing, but damn it really brought out the worst in people. i’m still glad to find peeps from there i do recognize from perusing the threads and forums across the years

apparently per goatlings-vent in 2023, i'm the worst fucking person in the world for naming goats after my special interest and comparing fictional lore about two musicians who hate each other to a real occurrence of said (but asking DG what fucking homestuck sign he would be is totally fine). everybody gangsta bout special interests till yours isn't an anime, animal, or video game

then i stopped talking about ronnie onsite / in live chat and just tended to my collection of goats named after the thing i'm autistic about (LIKE EVERY OTHER GODDAMNED USER ON THE SITE), and took down my loosely FIR-inspired designs... and still got everything i did interpreted in bad faith! then the same goddamned people decided to start complaining about literally everything onsite and became the dominant party

oh, also, liking a band makes my trans pride AD in bad faith which i can only read as "you are not validly trans". tbh, if i could swear on goatlings, I'd have renamed my design thread "shitty designs by a disgusting person" (how one venter described transcendent. unsure how a special interest in a band that i don't support makes me a disgusting person but w/e)

i was on state of goatlings about gameplay stuff for a while, then stopped because it all became problematicism bullshit -- if everything is disgusting, no one is, and i'm not gonna believe your claims of actual problems if you've got no citation and it's coming from the same blog as Having A Non-Stereotypical Special Interest Makes You Evil

heh, thanks. I consider myself more of a writer than an artist -- I enjoy drawing, but how I communicate / do ideas is in text -- and I had a lot of fun writing the biomedical stuff for Crotalyx's page. uh, I've got some other writing with transformation themes if you want to check it out -- on the Dudes / RRverse hub, you should be able to find it by description. not enough space 4 urls

I wrote a story for Zahori & Verse, and realized that I wasn't sure where to put it because they're a standalone OC duo, but technically Dudesverse canon. It's going on their page for now, but I realized I wasn't sure I liked that format. So I'd appreciate input on this poll about what you like / find nicest to read for OC stories.
