Really disappointed in neocities for banning divinicide and omnipresence. It’s sad to see this site also has powertripping mods who cave to neo-twitter pressure. I hope they can return soon.

This episode made me realise that I underestimated how much noncon content there's on Neocities. But my gut instinct is not to try to get them or other vulgar content banned, because I believe in the mission of this website. Hopefully he'll get a second chance.

Regardless of the fate of brother Divinicide, I worry for the destiny of the modern man, his dependancy on guidelines and control. The prophets, jesters and dreamers have rapidly transformed into the forms of rigid workmen and technocratic machines.

I tried to ease your minds with the truth, that no organization would stand by a customer signaling for rape of ANYONE by their REAL NAME on a URL with said company's name in it, but truth doesn't matter to you LARPers, only the ability to feel persecuted inside your bedroom after a nice meal. divinicide tested the limits of this platform and Kyle Drake booted him. either way this is bad, if he violated the terms of Neocities then it's up to Kyle, he can do what he wants. if he faces legal troubles for jokes, remember the all-seeing eye is scouring even your indie site for wrongthink.

Hey yall! First of all again, this has nothing to do with bluesky! I don't even know what you're talking about! I saw a website saying to rape a politician, asked neocities if that was against their rules, and the banned the dude! It's nothing more than that. But then you start talking about "the mold will rise" and I get a kick out of it so I mess with you, but that's it.

The dude who said I talk like a fed is maybe the most delusional here. The fact is you and your friends are skirting the rules and that's it. So sorry if sometimes you step over the line and a private company that you agreed to their terms when you sign up then bans you for violating those terms. Divinicide got banned because their homepage said in big colorful letters "RAPE NANCY PELOSI" right at the top of the screen, violating Neocities Terms of Service, "Client shall not transmit any abusive, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, illegal, libelous, profane, or vulgar material, OR MATERIAL ENCOURAGING CONDUCT THAT MAY CONSTITUTE A CRIMINAL OFFENSE OR RESULT IN CIVIL LIABILITY."

you people remind me of my ex. believe it or not, this is actually a compliment. he was slightly insufferable, sure, but mostly really thoughtful and awesome. we'd debate for fun...anyway, i agree about differentiating between what people in power call justice vs what justice is or should be according to the average guy who seeks to be kind, compassionate, etc

I agree that having a monopoly on violence is what ultimately matters in obtaining power. The treament received by a civilian for financial debt versus a government is an example of this. If you're the average citizen with a lot of debt, you're absolutely fucked. But governments, in particular America, can get away with this. Why?

Historically debts between governments have been solved through war. America has one of the strongest millitaries in the world, and we all know about how much it loves war. Other countries don't fuck with America and try to collect on its debt because of this. And like hell we'll ever get that sort of power.
