there's a guide for it here ( http://aleclownes.com/2017/02/01/crt-display.html ), i also have the code i use at the bottom of my stylesheet ( https://shinyexe.neocities.org/complex.css ) and this javascript ( https://shinyexe.neocities.org/crt.js ). you're free to copy it, if you need to :D
