if you don't care about the price, I would definitely say get a psvita because it can do everything a psp can and more !!! the price range is like 180-200+ USD though, and PSPs are around like the 100+ range. if you want something relatively cheap and a handheld that just plays older games, get a psp! but if you have the money, you should for sureeee get a vita it's so easy to mod

is your 3ds modded? get pretendo and you'll be able to get streetpasses any time a friend you add on the pretendo network is online! that's where i get most of my streetpasses from.

o flip for real. my 3ds is not modded though..for now. also i luv dsi i miss mine :( i had a pink one i got from my sister. at least i still have all my games and they work on my 3ds :p

something i do notice with the about me themes in particular is that the marquees on the different themes seem to not work when they are first switched to, but refreshing the page makes it work again most of the time. not a big deal or anything though i do wonder why it does that!
