my site might be a bit broken at the moment. some of the updates I made offline didn't seen to get saved smh. also I want some feedback: what do yall thing of the backgroung image for the new homepage? its a sketch I'm working on. Love it? hate it? let me know!
The sketch is really cute and so cool!! I get like an environmental futurism vibe 🩷
Thank you! I'm going for a solarpunk vibe with it. my only issue with it so far is that it doesnt feel quite as cinematic as the last image I was using. but idk I might move some stuff around (like the house on the left and just zoom out about more). Still I'm loving that now my site (minus book covers and stamps) is 100% my own art. That feels really good n_n
Oh I totally understand you and that's the word I was looking for! I haven't really seen any other website with the solarpunk style so I was happy to see it! Everything looks really cute, I really like the expressions on ur website mascot :D
NiceGirl I apreciare your comments so much <3 thank you for always showing me so much love!
on god that stamps page is actually so impressive! how does one even do that omg that's so cool
@Elliot! feel free to steal the code in the Stamps page. If you're able to parse out CSS it's really easy to do. Check css animations on W3schools. and if you ever want any help feel free to ask me!
ok so I dont know if everyone else is having the same issue but when I update my site on my regular browser (firefox) my updates arent reflected. but when I use another browser or go to private mode in firefox, the changes are reflected. Can anyone explain why this is? is there some sort of caching issue or something wit neocities?
That's weird! I also use firefox, and i just reload the page a couple of times before the changes show up, but they do show up after reloading
I wonder if I have some sort of Caching issues. Still I'm always able to get the proper updates with private mode or over time so its not the end of the world. Just annoying thankfully.
Of course! Here's a simplified guide that should help: https://dokode.moe/blogs/howto-winamp . You're also free to look at my site's source code then copy and edit my own webamp code for your own site :D
Thank you so much for your response! I apreciate the help <3
