I feel like my site isn't very "personal". My "About Me" page is very minimal. I'm debating on either posting more about my interests and a diary/journal. At the same time though I feel like that would only be interesting to me xD

Your website is ultimately yours and everything done on it should be done to please you first and foremost. If you find things not really being something you'd want, you're able to move things around as you'd want.
the beauty is that it's your website, so it can be anything you want it to be! some people aren't comfortable sharing much about themselves on their sites and others use it as a very personal space. my site is by me, for me and if others like it, that's just a bonus :P be as "selfish" as you want with your own site!
The way I see it, your website itself IS the "About Me" page. No need for introductions, just let your interests and personality shine through everything, and let the audience decide what you're all about.

sometimes an about me page doesn't have to be literally about you. sometimes it needs to be about putting ygo pictures.
