You are going to block this site. This will do the following:
- You will no longer see this site in searches.
- Site will no longer see your site in searches.
- Site will not be able to comment on your site profile.
- Any comments this site has posted to your profile will not be displayed.

ooh! Ok ok, so on your admin panel you there's a templates tab. From there on the graph click download user template (u can do fc2 templates but those kinda suck). Find one you like, apply it, and then the things that you don't like you can edit in the edit html/css box.
A lot of the little titles are in Japanese so if you want to translate them you can just do the ol' ctrl+f and your computer will show you where to change them :-)
I'll make a blog post abt. how to do this just in case you have more questions.
