I really dont understand why some of my pages wont update until much later. whats worse is that the updated page is the one that always lags behind. this is so wrong. anyone else having this issue?

I remember one time when I uploaded a new image onto my main page and it simply wouldn't show up. It was perplexing and I never understood the root cause for it.
