LOL nobody panic... I just figured out how to use directories ^_^" If you catch a broken link let me know! In the meantime, I'll continue to move images over to Neocities proper. Main updates aside from these quality of life moves: a gaming section where I wax poetic about solo journaling games.

thank you!! michele lamy is the definition of ICONIC. she's lead such an interesting life, too. i chose a jumping spider because a] they're adorable and b] michele lamy looks dangerous, but is mostly adorable ^__^

Thank you so much for the nice comment on my guestbook! (ignore that this response is super late. I was trying to figure out how best to respond and forgot about these comments. oops) The photo I have posted of the painting is with the glitter pen, but I can add a photo where you can see the finish a bit better. It's really bright if you get it in the right lighting.

I felt the same when I happened upon your site, escpecially after reading the "in defense of being weird.." article you had linked under your manifesto [it put word to some feelings i've been having for a while but couldnt put a finger on], and I love wandering around your site in general. Got a giggle out of the definition for a hurdy gurdy in the "jot that down" page as well :'D

the lubanko moon is just... it's... i was enchanted at first sight. i'm also on the fence about the forhaxa and the yokai. not a fairy person, but there's something about the forhaxa; love the yokai for its cultural value. so many decks, so little $$$ -- why must life be so cruel? ;))

ayyyy that sticker collection !!! A+ colour choice and overall design -- i like how you've incorporated gifs without entering full-on visual assault mode. you're gracefully waltzing along the line between early 2000s retro [back when i collected skins like they were stickers] and contemporary, and it is aesthetic in the best way.

Also for some reason when updated, the site always shows page 56, even though I've posted pages up until the 100s by now. I dunno what causes that.

I removed disqus comments on the site because they slow down page loading and mess with scrolling, but I added them back because the site is getting a lot more views now. I will try to find a way to make comments work without slowing stuff down.
