como alguém que já esteve em uma situação mais ou menos parecida: aguenta firme!! o tempo passa e as coisas mudam de formas que não podemos prever, às vezes para o mal, mas muitas vezes para o bem. 8 pessoas que te conhecem e sabem que você trabalha e se esforça já é algo bem positivo! essas são as pessoas que daqui a algum tempo vão trocar de empresa e te convidar pra trabalhar com elas, então é melhor que parece.

mas é verdade: infelizmente às vezes é muito menos sobre o que vc faz e muito mais sobre como vc se vende. é um fato triste, mas a gente vai melhorando nisso com o tempo. e se vc quer melhorar suas habilidades de comunicação, vai fundo!! "as pessoas superestimam o que dá pra fazer em 1 semana, mas subestimam o que dá pra fazer em 1 ano"

(uma coisa que me ajudou MUITO foi terapia (com um terapeuta decente, que não foi o 1º nem o 2º)). foi mal pelo comentário longo e não-solicitado, é só pq eu me vi diretamente no que vc escreveu. aliás, depois procura a música "Não Sei O Que Fazer Comigo" do Vespas Mandarinas, sei que é um tiro no escuro mas talvez você goste
