Hello, thank you for the message in my guestbook! I had a look at your site and I love the idea of including cocktails. I recently saw the film Hackers (1995) and so I was intrigued by you talking about the podcast Darknet Diaries, I'm gonna check it out - that, and 99% Invisible looks interesting too - thanks for the recommendation. :)

If people found my site by browsing by tags in the Neocities Websites page, can you let me know which one you found me under? It looks like a few people found me under the vegan tag, and possibly the pixelart tag. But others it might have been through "this person I follow followed you so I checked out your site". Just thinking of replacing the "art" tag with "accessibility" instead, since the latter is less used.

oh gosh I don't quite remember...I think it was through the pixelart tag, but it might also have been manga? I remember I clicked on your site because I really like your layout.

Oh neat, I wondered about that. I chose manga because of some of my manga style artwork but also because the anime tag is very saturated.
Updated my home page with a "Skip to content" link, which means users navigating by keyboard only don't have to tab through my lengthy navigation bar to get to the main content. I plan on updating the rest of my site with this feature, so please stay tuned. Thank you for the lovely message on my Guestbook. I had a look on your site and wow, the mood on your paintings is amazing AND I love the photos you took of the stained glass - I actually have a collection of photos of stained glass myself from some local churches and cathedrals, they're beautiful. Never considered uploading a few of them until now though. :) Following.

Hey I really like the design of your site, it's very minimalist and I like the monochrome palette. I also love seeing when people use Notepad++ as a HTML editor, I use it too - except I have mine set to dark mode. :)

Your artwork is so interesting and I like the aesthetic of your site overall (for some reason the text along the top reminds me of Neon Genesis Evangelion? I think it's the serif style.)

Also updated the announcements archive page to use the details and summary elements to make a drop down kind of menu. Pretty cool feature and easier to navigate that page now!

Dokodemo was taken offline so I removed the hyperlink from my Web Manifesto page as an example of what the "old web" kind of looked like. There are plenty of other examples I could choose but Dokodemo was one of the first I found so R.I.P that site.

The update was to change the name of my blog (still not the most optimal name since it's a bit redundant with my site name), and added some flavor text and text styling.

I was testing a comment box but so far I haven't been happy with any of the solutions. I had found a PHP based comment system awhile back that I really liked the look of but found that Neocities does not allow PHP, so I had to abandon it.
