my new project is finally here! ٩(⸝⸝´ᗜ`⸝⸝)و ꒰ rollcake.site ꒱ is my very own database of mangas/hwas/huas, where i manually searched for each entry to make sure everything is properly tagged & filtered. it’s a 100% safe haven for those who want to avoid any triggering content ♡

you can: create your own account, import your lists from anilist, create your own lists and bookshelves, like & save shelves made by other users, search with all kinds of filters, engage in public chats inside each entry & much more. i’ll also really appreciate receiving any feedback and suggestions for what i can add and what i should improve :3

but just a quick warning!!! this is my first time designing a website with social features and i have no idea if it can handle a lot of traffic… and i’m still filtering the database (i’m 30% in, so there’s still a lot of unrevised stuff). also, this database is mainly focused on queer media (+shoujosei). all i ask is for everyone’s patience and kindness 💌

I noticed that someone had copy-pasted code from my site, and I noticed code fully copied from another site without credit. although I think their site is beautiful and I had just simply asked to give credit I think they either took their profile down entirely or blocked me? I thought their site was great. asking for credits where it is due doesn't take away their hard work! (╥﹏╥) transparency is so important.

to do today: mobile cage finish, add / fancy up neighbours section for my oomfs (which, as ever: what omg), update all currently live pages with a mobile version which SHOULD be easy since two of the five are just iframes......
