Hey I update... like a LOT. Does it ping people every time I save, or is it bundled into one update? I don't want to swamp people every time I'm testing something out heh

Nah, it seems to only show an actual site update once every 24 hours (at least it has for me according to my tests). In fact, let's say you update your site and then delethe update post from your profile, and then update it again 10mins later. It won't actually post an update on your page. Not too sure how it works but I think one every 24 hours is fairly accurate.
