The new Project contributed by Michael Duffy is finally available on this site. The first instalment is a fictional interview and profile of Vladimir Nabokov, author of the controversial Lolita. This also marks the first time I've announced something new on Facebook, too.

A very interesting read (and such eloquent language!). Nabokov comes through as a thoroughly unlikeable character. There's a funny tension between the inferiority and superiority complexes across classical Russian literature, I've only realised recently.

Apparently, I have been elevated to the status of "local cultural icon". It's explained in our latest blog post on the About page, if you're interested

The Reading Project is definitely one of the best websites on Neocities. You don't often review books in genres that I like, but I love the idea of it. The in-depth reviews that you have on books like the Iliad and the Count of Monte Cristo is what I would love to do with some of my favourite books.

@bright-eyes: Thankyou! Unfortunately, the website can only reflect our own tastes or anyone else who contributes. But wow! someone is looking at The Count of Monte Cristo and Iliad pages! Thankyou again
